    Bachelors Degree (preferably in Computer Science)
    Or possess a vocational/technical course certificate</p>

    0-6 months of total work experience</p>

    Primary

    Excellent written English for email communication
    Good problem solving and decision making skills

    Knowledgeable in the following products:
    Basic Knowledge of SAAS IAAS PAAS
    Knowledge for Basic Networking
    Windows XP/Vista/7 operations systems

    <p dir=”ltr” style=”color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: small; line-height: normal;”>Responsibilities
    Answer support phone calls from customers
    Address support ticket via email from customers.
    Support the Jamcracker platform product and various SaaS applications like McAfee Total</p>
    <p dir=”ltr” style=”color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: small; line-height: normal;”>Protection Service, Microsoft Exchange, BlackBerry, Dynamics CRM etc.
    Execute manual provisioning requests for SaaS applications for production customers.
    Perform configuration tasks in the Jamcracker platform product UI on production instances.
    Perform cleanup activities for SaaS Application test accounts created on production instances
    Troubleshoot tickets and provide resolution or escalate accordingly
    Work in different shifts that support US, Europe and Australia time zones
    Create internal reference documentation for the support staff like Knowledge Base articles,  Reference manuals etc.</p>
